Marshall Planning Services (MPS) was established by Susan Marshall AICP to provide planning and entitlement services to architects, engineers and developers. The firm is located in the Las Vegas valley and specializes in providing planning and entitlement services within the cities of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City and Clark County.

MPS is geared to provide the architect, engineer or developer with professional planning services. By contracting with MPS, whether for you or your client; architects and engineers can provide an essential service to their clients, thereby expanding your own services and client base in the most cost effective way.

Susan Marshall (formerly Susan Gray AICP), principal, is a certified professional planner and LEED Green Associate with more than 25 years of experience in urban planning. She has been representing private developers in the Las Vegas valley for the past 4 years and is a former senior planner for the city of Henderson. This experience provides her with expert knowledge and a unique understanding of the development process.

Susan assists architects, engineers and developers in the complex planning process of obtaining entitlement approvals for development projects. She brings a wealth of experience in working with the planning staff of the local jurisdictions to resolve issues and concerns that have been raised by staff or elected officials during the review process. Susan has the experience that is necessary when meeting with local elected and appointed officials to explain development projects as well as to negotiate on behalf of her client the conditions of approval. Susan has a proven record of success with approval of over 25 projects in the Las Vegas valley.

Susan recently received her LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Associate accreditation. Susan can now assist in obtaining LEED accreditation of development projects.
