Services Provided
- Prepare development applications and all related paperwork. Submit applications for review and approval. Work with staff to resolve any issues or concerns prior to the public hearing. The types of applications include Design Review, Zone Change, Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Special Use Permit, Conditional Use Permit, Variance, Waivers, and Planned Unit Developments.
- Representation at all public hearings to include Town Board, Planning Commission, City Council and Board of County Commissioners.
- Organizing and conducting neighborhood meetings.
- Property research and feasibility studies.
- Preparation of environmental documents to include:
a. Environmental Assessments (California)
b. RISE reports or Projects of Regional Significance reports (Nevada).
- Preparation of Design Guidelines
- Notary Public
